At Ace 'N Rally, a Just Tennis business, we’re committed to delivering your racquet sport equipment quickly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
Same-Day Order Processing
Order Cutoff Time: All orders placed before 3:30 PM Pacific on business days (Monday through Saturday) will be processed and shipped the same day. For racquets that require stringing, we will make our best effort to get the order out, but might be next day if received after 2PM.
Orders placed after 3:30 PM will be shipped the next shipping day (UPS and USPS are closed on Sunday and various holidays).
Free Ground Shipping
We offer Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $9.99 within the continental United States. Standard delivery times for ground shipping typically range from 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping
For faster delivery, we offer 2 Day Expedited Shipping for $25/order and Overnight delivery for $50/order.
International Shipping
We don't have an official policy on shipping Internationally, but if you are looking to ship overseas contact us and we will see what we can do.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare case that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the damaged product.
