I ordered a pickleball paddle with high hopes, but unfortunately, the delivery experience was very disappointing. When the package arrived, it was already open and not sealed properly. The paddle was loosely packed without any protective padding, which could have easily led to damage during transit.
While the paddle itself seems to be in decent condition, the lack of care in packaging raises concerns about quality control and customer service. An item like this should be securely wrapped to avoid damage or tampering. I expected better, especially for a product that isn't cheap.

There is a reason for this. Joola ships their products to us in bags that are capable of shippping in, but we put it in a box for extra safe keeping. But we also include the Joola bag because it's a great extra layer of protection. The reason the Joola bag is open is that we 1) inspect each paddle before shipping and 2) take a pre-ship photo to ensure we got the order correct.
Please let us know if there was any damage incurred during shipping.
